The implementation concerns a modern IP/SIP telephony solution, Contact Center & Unified Communications, aiming at utilizing all modern technologies for the implementation of innovative communication solutions. As part of the PeopleCert digital transformation, the solution Avaya Aura Contact Center (AACC), a complete omni-channel platform that offers multiple voice, chat, email capabilities to business customers, has been developed. In the field of Unified Communications, the AACC platform (in its latest version) provides capabilities – such as mobile apps and video, as well as SIP technologies – enabling the Group to take advantage of new flexible SIP Trunking solutions for the communication with its customers and partners.
