Eurolife ERB has been upgrading the Eurolife Experience Center as part of its overall EuroLife 2.0 conversion strategy, aiming at redefining and optimizing the experience of the Group’s customers and associates.

For the implementation of this project, Eurolife ERB is working with Barphone S.A. (Avaya Diamond Partner & Service Expert) in order to create the appropriate infrastructure to fully meet the Group’s current needs as well as the future prospects for extensions while supporting multiple communication channels.
